At Anelisse Radiant House, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right with your order, we're here to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Returns and Exchanges
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. We will be happy to offer a replacement or an exchange for eligible products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for products that are confirmed to be defective, out of stock after order confirmation, or in cases where a replacement is not possible. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team. We may request photos or further details to process your claim more efficiently.
How to Request a Refund
To begin a return or refund process, please send us an email at admin@anelissehouse.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our staff will respond within 1 business day to guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process and Timelines
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed using your original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, or cash for in-store purchases). Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days after approval. We will notify you as soon as your refund is on its way.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items—such as perishable foods, personal care products, and opened items—cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or sent in error. Please check your order before accepting delivery.
